Welcome to Comma Co.,

A comma is the sign in a sentence that tells us when to pause. It also makes the sentence easier to understand. Like a comma for your life, counseling can help you slow down and understand yourself and your needs so you can enjoy your life.

Hi, I’m Amanda! I'm a good match for clients who feel trapped in their anxiety or trauma and need help learning how to trust themselves.

Whether you're dealing with the weight of anxiety or the echoes of trauma, you'll be met with empathy and support.

My mission as a therapist is to help clients create a better relationship with themselves and others. We'll do this through collaboration (since you know yourself best) and evidence based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and Trauma-Informed Therapy so you can learn the tools you need to thrive.

In sessions you can expect me to meet you exactly where you’re at, and exactly as myself, so we can create a real human connection. We’ll have real, non-judgmental conversations and incorporate techniques or creative outlets that make sense for you.

Prioritizing your healing isn’t always easy, yet here you are. You can do hard things, friend.

Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you can make all the difference. Knowing how important a connection is between client and therapist, I’m offering free 20-minute video consultations where you can ask questions you might have and get a feel for what your sessions will be like. While therapy works by consistently showing up for yourself, that initial conversation can get you started on your healing journey.
