Individual therapy is $175 for a 50-minute session or $250 for an 80-minute session.
Comma Co. is a private-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of your session. I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider.
Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company, but reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed.

I work with adults experiencing OCD, anxiety, and trauma, including intrusive thoughts and compulsions, chronic worry and overthinking, and experiences from the past that continue to affect your life today.
The way we work together will depend on what’s keeping you stuck. My approach includes I-CBT, ERP, ACT, ART, and EMDR.

Yes. I offer in-person therapy from my private office in Largo, Florida, as well as virtual therapy for clients throughout Florida.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday between 10 AM and 4 PM.

Virtual sessions work much like in-person therapy, except you can join from wherever you have privacy and a reliable internet connection.
You’ll receive the same individualized care and have access to the same therapeutic approaches when they’re appropriate for virtual treatment.

I work with adults 18 and older.

You don’t have to figure that out from a website.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping will change, and how I might approach our work together. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions and get a feel for whether working together feels like a good fit.
There’s no pressure to schedule a session afterward.

It depends on what brings you in, what you want to work on, and the type of therapy we’re doing.
Some concerns may respond well to more focused work, while others benefit from ongoing therapy. We’ll talk about your goals and regularly check in about whether therapy is helping you move toward them.
