SERVICE 1
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, feeling stuck in perfectionism, or just trying to make sense of your past, this is a space for you to exhale. We’ll work together to explore what’s beneath the surface and help you reconnect to your sense of self—at your pace, in your way.
I use a trauma-informed approach rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Through a blend of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered care, we’ll work to untangle old patterns, create more ease in your nervous system, and help you feel safe, grounded, and more like yourself. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities and backgrounds—your full self is welcome here.
SERVICE 2
Couples/Relationship Therapy
Relationships are where some of our deepest wounds—and deepest healing—can happen. Whether you’re feeling stuck in the same arguments, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to meet each other’s needs, couples therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect. I help partners move from disconnection to deeper understanding by identifying patterns that keep you stuck and learning how to communicate in ways that feel safe, supportive, and productive.
Using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), the Gottman Method, and nonviolent communication, we’ll work together to strengthen your bond, improve intimacy, and create a relationship built on trust and mutual care. I welcome couples of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures—whether you’re dating, married, queer, monogamous, or non-monogamous. Whatever your relationship looks like, you deserve support that honors who you are and helps you thrive together.
SERVICE 3
Therapy for Teens (13+)
Therapy for teens isn’t about “fixing” them—it’s about creating a space where they can be fully seen, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I work with teens who are navigating anxiety, identity questions, people-pleasing, school stress, relationship struggles, and the lingering effects of growing up too fast. Our sessions are a space for your teen to drop the mask and show up exactly as they are, with the support of someone who genuinely gets it.
My approach blends warmth and honesty with effective, trauma-informed tools like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), ACT, and person-centered care. I also partner with parents while respecting the teen’s privacy—offering updates every 8 sessions unless safety concerns arise. Teens leave therapy with practical tools for emotional regulation, a deeper understanding of themselves, and a sense of confidence they didn’t know was possible.
Therapy That Meets You Where You Are
Collaborative.
Our work together starts with getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what you’re hoping will feel different. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, or just the weight of holding it all together, therapy is a space where you don’t have to do it alone.
Intentional.
With a focus on your goals, we’ll create a roadmap that’s both flexible and rooted in what matters most to you. Some weeks might be spent unpacking the past, others in the here-and-now—but each session is guided by your needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Rooted in Connection.
I integrate approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support your healing. From processing trauma stored in the body to learning how to relate to yourself with compassion, we’ll move at a pace that honors your nervous system and your truth.
FAQs
Is therapy right for me?
Choosing to go to therapy, and choosing the right therapist, is a personal decision, and I want you to feel confident about it. I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation where we can discuss your needs, how therapy works, and see if we’re a good fit.
What are your rates for sessions?
My rates are $175 for a 50-minute session and $225 for an 80-minute session. For A.R.T. sessions, I require the 80-minute option to give us the space we need to do deeper work.
I also offer a sliding scale between $100–$175 for those with financial need.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept insurance through a third-party billing service. If you’d like to explore using your insurance benefits, let me know and I’ll share a link to check your eligibility.
I can also provide a superbill upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement depending on your plan.
How do I pay for sessions?
I accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed after each session, and you’ll fill out a secure payment form during intake so everything is ready to go.
How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly 50-minute sessions to build momentum and consistency. If we’re using ART, we may occasionally schedule an 80-minute session to allow time for deeper processing. As you make progress and feel more steady, we can shift to biweekly sessions based on your needs.
Where do you see clients?
I see clients both in-person at my cozy office in St. Petersburg and virtually across Florida. I offer sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays to fit your schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just send a quick text or email at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, it’s considered a no-show so I can honor the time and space for all clients.
