I know what it feels like to carry the unseen weight of trauma. To move through life feeling disconnected, anxious, or like you’re bracing for something you can’t name.
Maybe it was one moment that changed everything. Maybe it was years of feeling like you had to be “fine” when you were anything but. Either way, trauma doesn’t just live in the past. It lives in your body, your relationships, and your sense of safety. It ripples outward, touching everything.
The good news? Healing ripples too.
When you stop living in survival mode, when you start feeling safe enough to soften and trust yourself again, you do not just change your own life. You change the way you show up for everyone and everything you love.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It’s about helping your nervous system finally feel safe enough to stop surviving and start living. It’s about reconnecting to the parts of yourself that trauma made you abandon.
