Marriage / Relationship / Couples Therapy

I know what it’s like to crave connection and fear it slipping away.

As the child of divorced parents and someone who’s had to heal from unhealthy relationship patterns, I’ve lived the pain of feeling unseen and unsure of what the future holds. But now, when conflict comes up in my relationship, it doesn’t feel like a threat — because we’ve built something that holds us, even in the hard moments.

You might be here because something in your relationship isn’t working and you don’t want to lose what matters most.

Maybe you’re stuck in the same arguments, or feel like no matter how hard you try, you’re just not getting through to each other. You might feel more like roommates than partners, or like conflict has become the only form of communication. And under all of that, there’s still love; and a desperate hope that it can be different.

We’ll work together using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to help you reconnect and rebuild.

EFCT helps couples get underneath the surface of conflict to understand what’s really going on — the fears, needs, and longings driving your reactions. Together, we’ll:

  • Identify your relationship’s negative cycle

  • Increase safety and understanding

  • Learn how to express needs and really hear each other

  • Deepen intimacy, empathy, and trust

  • Build a relationship that feels like a safe place to land

I also integrate tools from Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and the Gottman Method to support emotional safety, respectful dialogue, and real change. Most importantly, I bring warmth, attunement, and respect for both of you as we do this work together.
